The great part of a tankless water heater is that it creates water instantly and never runs out. You can run it all day long and as long as you don't run out of gas it will continue to make hot water. However many are under the misconception that with a tankless water heater you will have hot water instantly to your shower or sink. However whether you have a tank heater or a tankless the delivery time from your water heater to the fixture is exactly the same. A tankless water heater cannot increase the speed in which the water arrives at the fixture.
